HBI offers a comprehensive managed care program emphasizing both treatment and prevention-oriented services.  This emphasis is based upon the premise that prevention oriented programs will ultimately lead to improved employee health and well being, resulting in maximum employee performance and productivity.

Successful treatment protocols require program management for cost effectiveness and appropriateness.  HBI has the capability to design benefit packages that implement elements of its service line capabilities utilizing existing employer benefit plans.  Additionally, HBI is able to provide fully integrated managed care programs by carving out mental health, chemical dependency, and management services from other medical plans, alleviating the risk of uncontrolled costs for the employer with a capitated mental health program.
