HBI's customized data collection and reporting system offers a comparative analysis of group mental health utilization to normative client statistics as compiled from HBI's Book-of-Business.  Unique in design, and proprietary to HBI, this reporting mechanism provides an executive summary of participant utilization for a given period of time.  Pertinent data is captured, graphed, and reported quarterly and in annual summation.  This comprehensive analysis assists human resources, training and development, and benefit and risk management consultants in their assessment of program effectiveness to maximize utilization of available services and establish appropriate training and intervention programs to reduce future costs.
