HBI's Public Sector Programs address those members who are insured under Medicaid plans. Public sector members require specialized services to address their unique psychosocial needs that go beyond traditional counseling and psychotherapy. HBI's clinical and administrative programming stems from years of working with this population, offering services to state, county, and other local agencies.
