Providers: New Providers: Provider Orientation

Providers who are seeking credentialing or recredentialing with HBI are required to attend two hours of education and orientation.  Orientation is also extended to office managers and billers.  Providers can either attend in-person or telephonically, based on geographic location.  Information presented covers managed care issues and basic principles that apply to all insurance plans/managed care companies with a specific segment targeting HBI's administrative process.  By attending this orientation, providers earn two (2) CEU's, applicable only in Nevada.  Topics covered include:
