LifePoint™ Employee Assistance Program

We all must deal with stress in our lives, whether it is at work or in our personal lives. Healthy people do not necessarily lead trouble-free lives. Healthy people recognize the potential problems and take action to find solutions. HBI’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides an avenue for employees to deal with life stressors and take the first step toward a healthier and more productive life.

 

HBI’s LifePoint™ EAP is designed to help members deal with their problems in the workplace or as well as their personal lives. We recognize that every individual is an integral part of their work environment and therefore, HBI’s EAP program strategies are designed to work with company supervisors, EAP coordinators, benefit consultants, and human resources departments to develop the optimal benefits that are custom-tailored to the needs of the company and its members.

 

Program emphasis is not only on treating existing problems, but also on creating awareness and teaching skills that an employee can utilize in order prevent serious emotional and physical health problems. It promotes a safe environment for conflict resolutions, which in turn promotes morale and productivity, strengthens family, friend, and work relationships, and decreases work related injuries. In the long run, prevention is more effective that treatment alone.
